Structure and organization

The activities of the APNM are governed by its statutes, its rules of procedure and its governance organs:

• The association is made up of founding members, active members and honorary members.
• Are founding members the Management of DOMAINES AGRICOLE as well as the people who took the initiative of the former association, in accordance with the list appearing in the Minutes of the constitutive meeting.
• Are active members, compulsorily and exclusively, natural persons aged eighteen (18) years at least or legal persons holding (i) a plantation authorization and (ii) a license to operate the variety. plant "NADORCOTT".
• Are honorary members, the persons that the Board of Directors has appointed as such.
• General Assembly: An ordinary general assembly is held every year. It hears the Board's reports on its management and on all other matters, approves and rectifies the accounts for the closed financial year and decides on the questions appearing on the agenda.
• Board of Directors :

  The association is administered by a Board of Directors of at least three (3) members and at most fourteen (14) members. The meeting proceeds to the election of directors under the conditions of composition, quorum and vote set for ordinary general meetings. The members of the Board are natural or legal persons, taken from among the members of the Association, excluding the members honoraria or benefactors.

• The executive committee is made up of :

  1 - A President.

  2 - A general secretary.

  3 - A Treasurer.

  4 - Employees: Association executives: (i) Technical Manager (ii) Communication and Administrative Manager.
