At Nadorine, we believe shipping should feel just as seamless as shopping. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Shipping Coverage & Costs
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
To keep things simple and customer-friendly, Vioera covers all standard shipping costs, so you don’t have to worry about additional delivery fees at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10:00 AM are often processed the same day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
During high-demand periods, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes:

During peak seasons or large sales events, delivery times may extend and, in rare cases, take up to several weeks. We truly appreciate your patience during these periods and always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Every order shipped by Vionnelle includes tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment
Please note that tracking status updates can occasionally be delayed depending on the carrier.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available:

The package will be held at your local post office or carrier location for up to 7 days

You will receive a notification with pickup instructions

If the package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to our warehouse
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you realize there is an error in your address:

We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vionnelle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

Please wait 14 days from the delivery date
